Building temporary offices with real staying power

Infrastructure Planning and Design Ltd, also known as the abbreviated IPaD, needed luxury and professional temporary offices as soon as was possible. IPaD were looking to relocate from their previous site since the restoration of their new offices had not yet begun, and needed site offices to fill the gap of an estimated 2 year relocation period.

IPaD’s requirements needed to ensure the office projected a professional appearance, that visitors could have easy access and parking, and most importantly that the quality guaranteed all their staff would be happy and comfortable in the new location. IPaD and BXD worked collaboratively to make sure the preliminary design completely satisfied all the requirements. 24 bays were combined and installed to make a two-storey modular office, fit with a reception area, conference room, bathrooms, kitchen spaces and even a shower.
